DOSS meaning Daring Outspoken Sexy and Sophisticated was taken from her grandfather's name Crawford 'Doss' Robertson- who constantly instilled entrepreneurial ambitions in his granddaughters. After many failed attempts to find statement tees that were fashionably comfortable that easily transition from Corporate America's casual Fridays to happy hour with friends - Shante' set out to create her own line of tees for women.
